History of the IYO Gurubrahma: I Anandmal Sethia S/o Late Suraj Mal Sethia was born on 13 August 1952 in a small village called Jhajhu near Bikaner, Rajasthan. My father used to do a cloth business in Golakganj, a small village in Assam, that’s why he brought me to Assam at a very young age. There, I got my education up to class X through Assamese medium. With the aim of becoming a doctor, I went to Guwahati completed my education of 11th standard, and also passed the pre-medical examination through Assamese medium. But due to family reasons, leaving education incomplete, I had to join the business. From the young age of 17/18, got an opportunity to travel to many states of the country in connection with business and became a successful businessman. I was inspired to engage in meditation and yoga after listening to the discourses of my religious Guru, Acharya Shri Tulsi, and in 1987, at the age of 35, I attended an eight-day meditation camp in Assam itself. Unfortunately, after practicing yoga and meditation for about three years, I too was left out. At the age of 38, due to health-related reasons of my wife, I had to leave Assam and come to Nagpur with my wife and children far away from my parents and younger siblings. Due to the education of small children, the health problems of my wife, and a new business at a new place, a lot of time was spent in struggle and the process of meditation and yoga practice was disturbed. There was always a pang in my mind because first the dream of becoming a doctor remained unfulfilled and later there was a disturbance in meditation. But there was a resolution in my mind that after the age of 60, free from the worries of business, I have to spend more and more time in meditation. After completing 60 years of being free from the responsibility of marriage of all the children, I reached Rajasthan to celebrate my birthday in the presence of Guru Dev Acharya Shri Mahashraman ji and expressed my desire to engage in meditation. I Came back to Nagpur after getting blessings from Gurudev. The proverb “Where there is a will, there is a way” came true and during these days the construction work of Mahapragya Preksha Dhyan Kendra was completed in Nagpur, a very sacred and holy place became available for me to meditate. I started meditation again regularly. Along with me, many other brothers and sisters started coming here for meditation and yoga practice. After attending several meditation camps organized in different regions of the country, I did the certificate course of Preksha Instructor conducted by the Preksha Foundation and I had the privilege of serving as the Chief Instructor at the center in Nagpur. Even after this, I joined many more meditation camps as a seeker. Assigned by Preksha Foundation to serve as a trainer in meditation camps organized in many states of the country. Nagpur also got an opportunity to prepare new trainers by organizing observation trainers camps twice. The meditation center started in 2012 after running very smoothly every day the center had to be closed due to lockdown in 2020 and I started taking classes through an online zoom app named *MPK FITNESS CLASSES* and a New chapter of my life has started. Every day, not only seekers but also trainers and experts from the country and abroad started joining for selfless service. Thousands of people got benefited from our online classes in just one year through our youtube channel. In the year 2021, the name of our center was also registered in the Golden Book of World Records. Our pace kept increasing day by day and got the privilege of being honored by many institutions. With the grace of Guru, Maharashtra Ratna Award in 2022 was also awarded jointly by many institutions. The lines of a popular song by Gurudev Tulsi always inspire me they are lines *As the steps move forward* *Automatic path will be created* *He has to move, in the middle* *Who will become a hindrance* The steps are moving at a faster pace, meanwhile, Alka ji Sankhala from Surat, Raju Dange from Amravati, Manju ji Sipani from Kolkata, Veena ji Baid from Bangalore, Jyotindra ji Zaveri from Pune, Sucheta ji Gandhi, etc. are our companions. मैं आनंदमल सेठिया सुपुत्र स्व. सूरज मल सेठिया। मेरा जन्म 13 अगस्त 1952 को राजस्थान के बीकानेर के पास झझू नामक छोटे से गांव में हुआ। मेरे पिताजी असम के एक छोटे से गांव गोलकगंज में कपड़े का कारोबार करते थे, इसीलिए मुझे भी बहुत ही छोटी उम्र असम लेकर आ गए। वहींं पर मैसे असमिया माध्यम से दसवीं कक्षा तक की शिक्षा प्राप्त की । डाक्टर बनने के उद्देश्य से गुवाहाटी से 11वीं तक शिक्षा भी असमिया माध्यम से प्राप्त करते हुए प्री मेडिकल की परीक्षा भी उत्तीर्ण की। लेकिन पारिवारिक कारणों से शिक्षा अधूरी छोड़ते हुए कारोबार से जुड़ना पड़ा। 17/18 की छोटी उम्र से ही कारोबार के सिलसिले में देश के अनेक राज्यों की यात्रा करने का अवसर मिला और एक सफल बिजनेसमैन बन गया। मेरे धर्मगुरु आचार्य श्री तुलसी के प्रवचनों को सुनकर मुझे ध्यान और योग से जुड़ने की प्रेरणा मिली और सन 1987 में 35 वर्ष की उम्र में असम में ही आठ दिन का ध्यान शिविर अटेंड किया। लगभग तीन साल योग और ध्यान के अभ्यास का क्रम चलने के बाद दुर्भाग्य से वह भी छूट गया। 38 वर्ष की उम्र में मेरी धर्मपत्नी के स्वास्थ्य जनित कारणों से मुझे असम छोड़कर माता पिता और छोटे भाई बहन दूर नागपुर आना पड़ा। छोटे बच्चों की पढ़ाई, पत्नी की स्वास्थ की समस्या और नई जगह पर नया कारोबार के कारण काफी संघर्ष मय समय बीता और ध्यान और योग साधना का क्रम छूट गया। मन में एक टीस हमेशा रही क्योंकि पहले तो डाक्टर बनने का सपना अधूरा रहा और बाद में ध्यान साधना में विघ्न। लेकिन मन ही मन एक संकल्प सा था कि 60 वर्ष उम्र के बाद व्यापार की चिंता से मुक्त होकर ध्यान साधना में ज्यादा से ज्यादा समय लगाना है। सभी संतानों की शादी की जिम्मेदारी से मुक्त होने के बाद 60 वर्ष संपन्न कर जन्म दिन गुरु देव आचार्य श्री महाश्रमण जी की सन्निधि में राजस्थान में मनाने हेतु पहुंचा और ध्यान साधना से जुड़ने की अपनी इच्छा प्रकट की । गुरुदेव से आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर वापस नागपुर आ गया। *जहां चाह .. वहां राह* के कहावत चरितार्थ हुई और इन्ही दिनों नागपुर में महाप्रज्ञ प्रेक्षाध्यान केंद्र का निमार्ण कार्य संपन्न हुआ मुझे एक बहुत ही पावन और पवित्र स्थान ध्यान साधना के लिए उपलब्ध हो गया।मैं प्रतिदिन सुबह डेढ़ दो घंटे साधना हेतु इस केंद्र में आने लगा। मेरे साथ साथ और भी कई भाई बहन यहां ध्यान और योगाभ्यास हेतु आने लगे। देश विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आयोजित होने वाले कई ध्यान शिविर में भाग लेने के बाद मैने प्रेक्षा फाउंडेशन द्वारा आयोजित *प्रेक्षा प्रशिक्षक* का सर्टिफिकेट का कोर्स किया और मुझे नागपुर के केंद्र ने मुख्य प्रशिक्षक के रूप सेवा देने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। इसके बाद भी मैंने कई और ध्यान शिविरों में साधक के रूप में शामिल हुआ। देश के कई राज्यों में आयोजित ध्यान शिविरों में प्रशिक्षक के रूप सेवा देने की जिम्मेदारी प्रेक्षा फाउंडेशन द्वारा सौंपी गई। नागपुर में भी दो बार प्रेक्षा प्रशिक्षक शिविर आयोजित कर नए प्रशिक्षक तैयार करने का अवसर भी मिला। 2012 में प्रारंभ किए गए ध्यान केंद्र को प्रतिदिन अति सुचारू रूप से चलाने के बाद 2020 में लॉक डाउन के कारण केंद्र को बंद करना पड़ा और मैंने *एम पी के फिटनेस क्लासेस* के नामसे ऑन लाइन zoom app के माध्यम से क्लास लेना प्रारंभ किया और मेरे जीवन का नया अध्याय शुरू हो गया । देश और विदेश से प्रति दिन न केवल साधक साधिकाएं वल्कि प्रशिक्षक और विशेषज्ञ भी निःस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा देने हेतु जुड़ने लगे। यू ट्यूब चैनल के माध्यम से एक साल में ही हजारों संख्या में लोग हमारी ऑन लाइन क्लास से लाभान्वित हुए। सन 2021 में गोल्डन बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स में भी हमारे केंद्र का नाम दर्ज हो गया। हमारी रफ्तार दिनों दिन बढ़ती रही और अनेक संस्थाओं द्वारा सम्मानित होने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। गुरु कृपा से 2022 में महाराष्ट्र रत्न पुरस्कार भी कई संस्थाओं द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से प्रदान किया गया। गुरुदेव तुलसी के एक लोकप्रिय गीत की पंक्तियां मुझे हमेशा प्रेरणा देती है वे पंक्तियां है *ज्यों ज्यों चरण बढ़ेंगे आगे* *स्वतः मार्ग बन जाएगा* *हटना होगा उसे, बीच में* *जो बाधक बन आएगा* चरण अधिक तेज गति से गतिमान हैं इसी बीच हमराही के रूप में सूरत से अलका जी सांखला, अमरावती से राजू डांगे, कोलकाता से मंजू जी सिपाणि , बेंगलुरु से वीणा जी बैद, पुणे से ज्योतिंद्र जी झवेरी, सुचेता जी गांधी आदि के अलावा सैकड़ों भाई बहनों ने साथ देकर दुर्गम मार्ग को सुगम बना दिया है। चरण और अधिक गति से गतिमान हैं…… ॐ अर्हम
